The stylish Palmer Johnson Sports Yacht 150’ is one of the most successful modern fast yachts ever built, with performance to match. Welcomed as a ‘breath of fresh air’ in a 'sea of sameness’ when she was first launched, FOUR JACKS’ impressive top speed of 28 knots, her 20-knot cruising speed, shallow draft and open decks make her the ideal island hopping, coastline cruising summer yacht.
This Palmer Johnson yacht for sale has an impeccable pedigree. Her sleek lines, inspired by automotive sporting design, were penned by Nuvolari Lenard who were also responsible for the innovative layout and interior décor. The designers packed a lot into FOUR JACKS 395 gross tons. The design is intended to maximize the enjoyment of being on the water. The upper deck is essentially one large open area, with a whirlpool and sun loungers aft, and an open-air salon forward which leads to a raised observation area and flybridge above the pilothouse.
The extensive main deck aft is equally well-laid out and opens into a large salon with port and starboard folding out balconies and large windows. For comfort FOUR JACKS is equipped with ABT Trac stabilizers underway and at anchor gyro stabilization.
Although built commercially compliant, FOUR JACKS has never been chartered and has only been used as a family boat by her original owner. She has been maintained in pristine condition by a crew of eight.
FOUR JACKS can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 suites. The master suite is on the main deck and there are four staterooms, two doubles and two twin convertible to doubles, all with en suite bathrooms, on the deck below.
