Managing a yacht crew takes time, and this is your most precious commodity; our crew admin department has been set up to assist you and your Captain to take care of administrative tasks so that you can focus on other priorities.
 
 

Employment Services

Our crew admin services are provided by a dedicated team specialised in this area. Upon recruitment of each crew member our team will check their certificates and documents to ensure validity and if requested we will carry out pre-employment verification. We will then prepare an approved Employment Agreement in compliance with MLC and Flag regulations. If required we can also set up and manage the employment of the crew through a third party employer and administer all crew salaries.
 
 

Crew Admin Services

The crew admin team will ensure that all crew certification is kept up to date and relevant people are notified when they are due for renewal. They can also assist with health insurance and any claims that may be needed, as well as VISA requirements and the organisation of any medicals required.
 
 

Crew Travel

Fraser Yacht Management arranges crew travel via our selected and trusted travel agents. Thanks to a selection of specialized marine travel agencies we are able to offer crew travel services to crew travelling to and from their yachts with flexible marine fares and a 24/7 emergency support system.
