EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
Our crew management services are provided by a dedicated team specialised in this area. Upon recruiting each crew member, our team will meticulously check their certificates and documents to ensure validity, and, if requested, we will carry out pre-employment verification. We will then prepare an approved Seafarer Employment Agreement in compliance with MLC and Flag regulations. If needed, we can also set up and manage the employment of the crew through a third-party employer and supervise crew payroll, deductions, and where applicable withhold, account for and process the payment of social security contributions and United States federal payroll taxes.
certificates & training
Our crew management team will ensure that all crew certifications are kept up to date, notifying the relevant individuals when renewals are due. They can also assist with health insurance and any claims that may be needed, handle VISA requirements. We encourage crew to upskill via training and can recommend programmes to suit your needs.
TRAVEL arrangements
Fraser Yacht Management arranges crew travel via our selected and trusted travel agents. Thanks to a selection of specialized marine travel agencies we are able to offer crew travel services to crew travelling to and from their yachts with flexible marine fares and a 24/7 emergency support system.
