Vitters
Vitters is a family owned and managed shipyard with a portfolio of numerous groundbreaking yachts, the in-house team working closely with specialist subcontractors and suppliers. The shipyard’s highly qualified engineering and construction teams are experienced in all aspects of yacht building. Utilising innovative construction techniques, Vitters takes an innovative approach, combined with trademark Dutch practicality and craftsmanship. Today, there is a growing fleet of Vitters yachts sailing worldwide. Many Vitters yachts have won prestigious industry awards, all accomplishing just what they were built for: round-the-world voyages, relaxing cruises with family and friends, strong performance and podium finishes in international sailing regattas.
Vitters’ operational team includes around 80 skilled employees, including engineers, craftsmen, a foremen and project managers, backed up by support departments. As Vitters’ business model relies on subcontracting larger parts of the yacht, subcontractors’ work is an integral part of the process.
