Originally from Ukraine, Polina began her career as a Recruitment Officer in 2016, working for large international maritime crewing agencies where she gained four years of valuable experience. She later became an Assistant Professor at the Odesa National Maritime Academy, where she educated and mentored future marine professionals.
In 2023, Polina relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She dedicates her spare time to self-development by learning new skills and acquiring new knowledge.
