Ksenia Kokoshkina

Ksenia joined The Crew Network Antibes as an intern and successfully placed a candidate into a yachting job within her second week! Since she hit the ground running, and having successfully completed her internship, Ksenia has enjoyed placing crew and land-based personnel according to strict briefs and deadlines as Crewing Consultant.

Her background as a Personal Assistant to a UHNWI in Monaco stands Ksenia in good stead to understand the complex and particular needs of the luxury world. Working in a fast-paced environment and providing the highest levels of service to discerning clients is second nature to Ksenia.

Fluent in English, Russian and with conversational French, thanks to her First Class International Masters programme Ksenia is truly adaptable to be able to deal with the range of individuals The Crew Network deals with on a daily basis.

When Ksenia is not reviewing candidates for yacht crew jobs she is busy exercising her body or mind with gym work outs, reading postmodern and classic literature.
