Liz To

Liz joined The Crew Network Antibes in 2023 as a Crewing Consultant. She brings over a decade of experience working in various sectors of the yachting industry in Asia.

Prior to relocating to France, she oversaw crew recruitment and maritime compliance at Princess Yachts Greater China. She also worked as a fleet manager, managing a fleet of private yachts up to 65 meters, and ran a regional office in Hong Kong for a Monaco brokerage house.

Watching the crew continue to accumulate experience and progress in their careers is the most rewarding part of her work.

Liz is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English and holds a BA in Cruise Management from the University of Plymouth.

When she’s not busy looking after clients, you can find her travelling to exotic destinations or simply enjoying a long walk with her dog.
