The Fraser office in San Diego is fortunate to have a terrific team of brokers who work together in the true team spirit of camaraderie; and one of the sources of this good karma is sales broker, Patrick McConnell.
Patrick was raised in the mountains of Colorado and grew up sailing many of the lakes throughout the state. He graduated from Colorado State University in 1969 , then went on to start a successful construction company which he owned until moving to California over 38 years ago to start a great career in yacht sales.
Patrick worked for a local yacht dealer in Southern California, when David Fraser, the founder of, what was known then as, Fraser Yachts, noticed Patrick's skill and passion for the yacht business, and asked Patrick to join the team at Fraser. Patrick has had many successes in the yacht industry and has travelled the world visiting the major yards and working with some of the greatest people in the business.
Patrick understands all aspects of new builds, contracts, and the importance of a broker's involvement, plus listening to what the clients wants and needs are.
