Jocelyn Rosado

Spanish-born Jocelyn moved from TCN to Fraser Yacht Management in 2024, working in our busy Palma office as a Crew Coordinator. After completing her master’s degree in Marketing and Sales Management at the University of Barcelona, Jocelyn worked in various Communication and Marketing roles in the city, as well as on the island of Mallorca, for 3 years, before the ocean called and she took the decision to work on board yachts.

For the next few years, Jocelyn was a Stewardess on both charter and private motor yachts in the Mediterranean and the Balearics, ranging from 50 to 70 metres. Here, she learned vital skills and the inner workings of yacht service, arming her with the knowledge of exactly what makes a successful crew on a large yacht.

She speaks English, Spanish, Catalan and basic German. .
