Magdalena joined Fraser Yacht Management as Yacht Administrator in 2024.
Born and raised in Poland, Magdalena completed her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Warsaw, specializing in Finance and Accounting. She started her career at Swatch Group, where she was in direct contact with the customers, ensuring the reconciliation of balance of receivables and liabilities, settlement of travel expenses and preparing data and documents for internal and external audit.
After three years, she relocated to London and worked as Finance Assistant in a start-up environment, by timely and accurately producing the monthly management accounts, reviewing the P&L and the balance sheet and cooperating with other employees to acquire and confirm various financial information. Magdalena then took the decision to move to South of France and was hired by Del Monte International initially as Accountant.
As she quickly demonstrated her financial knowledge and leadership capacities, she was promoted to Senior Accountant. In this role, she supervised the payments prepared by junior team members in addition to her duties and participated in the monthly consolidation process to provide data to the headquarters in the U.S.
