Camille joined Fraser as Technical Superintendent in December 2024.
Camille completed her Mechanical and Development Engineering studies at INSA Lyon in 2011, after working on her final project at Aalborg University in Denmark. She then started her career as a Project Manager at Arbonis Construction (Vinci), where she oversaw contractor consultations, budgeting, and planning for bungalow construction projects.
From 2012 to 2014, Camille worked as Project Manager and Business Development Manager at Marais Lucas Technologies in Sydney, managing turnkey projects for wind farms and expanding business opportunities in the telecom, energy, and renewable sectors.
Later in 2014, Camille joined Monaco Marine Shipyard in Antibes as Project Manager. There, she managed yacht maintenance, repairs and refits (20-45M), leading technical teams, contractors, and budgets, ensuring quality control, safety and customer satisfaction while also contributing to business development. This experience, coupled with two years at Rodriguez Yachts Shipyard as Director of Operations, equipped her with the full range of skills necessary to manage yacht projects effectively.
She is fluent in French and English, with a solid understanding of Spanish.
