Izel joined Fraser Marketing as Yacht Marketing Assistant in 2024.
She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages applied to Economics & Management with Honors at the University of Nice Cote d'Azur, before continuing her academic journey at Skema Business School in Sophia Antipolis for her MSc in International Marketing & Business Development.
She interned at Nelsons in Monaco as a Project Manager, where she was responsible for creating, implementing and tracking communication and marketing tools, as well as participating in the launch of a new brand and conducting competitive intelligence analysis.
Subsequently, she joined Monte-Carlo S.B.M as a Marketing Coordinator, where she managed social networks, implemented digital contests and analysed performance and impact.
Izel is fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Turkish.
