Estelle is French and pursued her Bachelor’s and Master’s studies in the University of Côte d’Azur in Human Resources Management. She started her career in recruitment and transitioned shortly after into an HR Generalist role at Monaco Marine, where she was in charge of creating and developing a training plan and implementing an HRIS tool.
After spending a year in the UK, she intervened as a consultant for several companies in France, helping with their HR Strategy (recruitment, HRIS, development plans).
Estelle has completed a certificate in Corporate Leadership and Communication and during her free time, she is passionate about theater and sports.
She speaks English and French.
