Lucy Ritchie

With 11 years’ experience as a charter broker, Lucy works from our Monaco Office and has lived in France for almost a quarter of a century – hailing from the nautical town of Lowestoft she started her sailing career on the Norfolk Broads spending summers on her parent’s motor yacht, taking part in nautical sports such as waterskiing and canoeing.

It was originally the ski slopes that enticed Lucy to France where she set up her own ski tour operator business which she ran for 10 years. In need of a change of scenery she moved to the South of France and started her yachting career supplying fine wines to superyachts and then as a sales assistant to a local Ferretti, Pershing & Riva dealership where she attended dealer meetings and had the good fortune to participate in sea trials of the newest yachts.

She kick started her career as a charter broker in Antibes in 2005 and has been involved in all aspects of charter including setting up a charter department within a yacht brokerage house.

Now in her fourth year with Fraser, Lucy is an established member of the team and prides herself on providing a first class service and is tenacious in her search for the perfect yacht to match her clients.

Lucy has travelled extensively and has a secure knowledge of East and West Mediterranean, Caribbean and the Bahamas – she has backpacked around Australia, been on Safari in the Serengeti, lived on the Greek Island of Rhodes, stood on Krakatoa whilst it was puffing away and travelled around India. With this wealth of experience she is ever ready to pass on her passion to those who want explore places near and far!
