Rita Luskovic

Rita pursued her bachelor’s degree in law in Vilnius, Lithuania, and completed an Executive MBA at Cass Business School in London. After her studies, she joined Saenz Yachts in London as a Communications Coordinator and furthered her career in the Yachting Industry at Princess International in London, where she held multiple roles, including Sales and Marketing Executive, Charter Broker, and finally became the Head of Charter Department.

 
She was primarily responsible for managing a fleet of 8 to 12 yachts, preparing Central Agency proposals for potential and existing owners, creating and implementing Marketing and Sales Strategies, and managing KPI’s.

 
In her free time, Rita enjoys swimming, playing tennis and skiing.
