Graduating from Newcastle University with a BA Hons degree in Classics, James embarked on a career in broking with ICAP plc’s yacht division, in 2008. James has since acquired a wealth of experience over the years, with hundreds of vessels chartered globally, and in-depth knowledge of the charter fleet and cruising grounds.

A diligent broker, with a passion for the marine environment from an early age, he has raced on some of the most ground-breaking Sailboats and still sails competitively, every week.

James is a qualified RYA Coastal Skipper and certified Rescue Diver.
