Artemis Bompola

Born and raised in Greece, Artemis has a diverse and international background, with a strong academic foundation in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus and an enriching exchange year in Hamburg, Germany.

Having enjoyed her exchange year and German work culture, she kickstarted her career in Bremen at a shipyard as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager. In this role, she went beyond traditional administrative duties and intervened on various topic ranging from Finance, Project Management and HR subjects. Continuing her career in the maritime industry, she remained in Germany and joined a Hamburg-based international company, providing integrated port facility services as Financial Controller. Her major responsibilities included financial reporting to the top management, budgeting, invoice auditing and issuing of annual financial statements.

Relocating back to Athens, Artemis’ latest experience was as Financial Analyst in a network security company, where she intervened on topics such as financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and collection of customer liabilities, further broadening her financial expertise in the tech sector.

 She is bilingual Greek and English and speaks fluently French and German. During her free time, Artemis enjoys cooking, travelling and investigating new technologies.
