After obtaining her BA in Business Administration from IPAG Business School in Nice, Dale joined FREEDOM MARITIME Yacht Chandlery in 2011, where she progressively took on various roles, including Accounts Payable & Receivable Supervisor, overseeing the management and supervision of both the AP and AR departments.
In 2020, Dale moved abroad to Copenhagen, where she worked at the headquarters of the Danish Refugee Council (NGO), as a Financial Controller. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the financial records and operations across several countries in West Africa.
Most recently, in 2022, she joined SYM Superyacht Management - Fairport Global as a Yachts Accounts Manager, where she handled comprehensive financial management for yacht operations, demonstrating a strong capacity for multi-faceted account oversight and client relations.
