We are pleased to announce the in-house sale of 32M/106' Sanlorenzo SL106 BELLA ITALIA, following two sales in the last few months from Fraser Asia.
It took less than 30 days from signing the Brokerage Agreement with the Owner for this sale to be successfully closed with her new Owner.
With Fraser Monaco introducing the Seller, Adam Blackmore of Fraser Asia, Hong Kong office, represented both the Buyer and Seller.
A one-of-a-kind Special Edition Sanlorenzo, BELLA ITALIA offers a spa, including sauna and massage room. There is a huge main deck dining room seating twelve and an amazing flybridge layout with dining for twelve, full wet-bar and jacuzzi.
