Lon McCloskey joins the Fraser Ft Lauderdale office

We are pleased to announce Lon McCloskey has joined the Fort Lauderdale office as our newest Sales Broker.

Lon McCloskey 's career in yachting began the same yard owned by the Bertram and Hatteras dealer in New Orleans in the early 1980s.

From Louisiana, he moved to Orange Beach, Florida where he opened The Marine Group brokerage in the late 1980s. The full brokerage house, and MYBA charter member, later opened four additional locations in Florida. The company represented builders such as Ocean Alexander, Horizon, Queenship in addition to Bertram, Cabo, and Tiara.

Throughout his career, Lon served on the board of the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA) for 8 years, 2 years as President.
