Fraser Yachts Announces Re‐structure of Senior Management Team

Ermetto is a highly‐respected figure within the superyacht industry having previously worked in a senior position for Benetti as well as having been the Sales & Marketing Director of the Heesen shipyard in Holland for the past six years. “My appointment is part of a new strategy by our shareholders” commented Ermetto. “They would like to give new direction to Fraser Yachts. Our business has emerged from the recent harsh economic climate in great shape but today’s environment presents an abundance of new opportunities that need to be seized and capitalized on.” Since the start of 2013, Fraser Yachts has handled over 22% of all the brokerage sales in the superyacht sector, significantly ahead of any other player in the market. The new direction and new leadership is designed not only to maintain that position but to grow the market share across all the service sectors that Fraser Yachts operates within. Ermetto continues “At the same time, the CEO – Hein Velema, has left the company. He led the business for over five years, through very difficult times. His contribution is greatly appreciated and I know he will be sadly missed.
