Fraser Sponsors Captains’ Training In New Management Techniques

Fraser is delighted to sponsor two sessions of the Italian Yacht Masters Training Programme focused on leadership and management for member captains of the Italian Yacht Masters Association.

Two one-day sessions taking place at the Loano Yacht Club on February 1st and February 2nd 2018 will be run by Alexandra Legrand, an experienced trainer with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training and coaching industry.

The Fraser Yacht Management and Charter Management teams as well as The Crew Network will also be in attendance to offer their expertise to the attending yacht captains.

Focusing on leadership and management, the two one-day sessions will address new management techniques with a particular focus on stress and conflict management.  Participants will leave the sessions with a set of proven management tools and techniques to efficiently deal with conflicts and stress.
