Fraser confirmed as No.1. Yacht Brokerage in the Superyacht Annual Brokerage Report 2018
Fraser is thrilled to announce that The Superyacht Annual Brokerage Report 2018 has confirmed Fraser as the No. 1. Yacht Brokerage, both in terms of number of transactions and value of yacht sales completed over the last five years.
The Superyacht Annual Brokerage Report 2018, an in-depth look at the brokerage market, was published for the first time in August, and cited Fraser as the top yacht brokerage not only for 2017 but in the five year time period of 2013-2017 that was analysed stating, 'The results reveal Fraser to be the top brokerage, having been involved in €2.66 billion of superyacht sales in our five-year time window. The firm was involved in 20 per cent of all sales made between 2013 and 2017 by the brokerages in the ranking table.'
Among the results published in the annual report was the fact that 'Fraser completed more than €1.2 billion of sales as the sole central agent on listings between 2013 and 2017 and introduced the buyer in €723.8 million of sales,' noting that Fraser's performance as a sole central agent was 'outstanding.'
Furthermore the research found that, 'On average, vessels listed with Fraser remain on the market for 6.9 months, which is 0.7 of a month below the average for these 10 brokerage houses.' In the 50M-60M bracket, in which Fraser sold the most yachts, the average time on the market for yachts listed with Fraser was found to reduce further to just five months.
Fraser CEO, Raphael Sauleau, comments, "We are extremely proud to be named number one. Special credit goes to our team for performing consistently year after year. It goes without saying that we are extremely grateful to our customers for their trust and loyalty towards our brand. This is also confirmation of what we have always known – putting the client first, delivering on what we say we will, having highly experienced brokers that know the market inside out and, ultimately, having respectful, open relationships with our clients built on trust is what gets results.”
