Fraser CEO Takes Part in Cycling Challenge for Charity
Fraser CEO Raphael Sauleau has just returned from taking part in a gruelling challenge all in the name of a great and worthy cause. Raphael was part of a team of five cyclists who embarked on a long route from Angers in Northern France down to Denia in Spain, covering the distance in just one week, to raise money for a charity supporting disable children: Ent'raid 49
Covering roughly 1400km the team cycled an average of 200km a day and spurred each other on with their camaraderie and determination.
For Fraser CEO Raphael Sauleau, this was the second time he has taken part in the challenge. The team had eventful days with each stage offering fresh challenges, not to mention the accumulative fatigue with every day's cycling.
Writing on the charity's Facebook page once they had reached Denia Raphael commented, We have been celebrated as heroes but all we have done is give up a little of our time and some energy to bringing happiness to these people. The real heroes are here with us; those who take care of disabled people all year round.'
Here at Fraser we are very proud of Raphael's achievement and offer our congratulations to the whole team on their brilliant accomplishment, raising awareness and significant funds for a wonderful charity.
