Fraser at the 2017 MYBA Charter Show

The team at Fraser, along with a stunning fleet of yachts for charter in 2017, will soon travel to Barcelona for the 29th edition of the MYBA Charter Show. More anticipation than usual surrounds this year’s edition of the prestigious industry-only event, as 2017 marks the first year the show will be held outside of Italy: OneOcean Port Vell in Barcelona will host this year’s event, whereas the Ligurian cities of Genoa and San Remo have been its base previously.

From the 24th to the 27th April, leading yacht brokers from yacht charter companies all over the globe will be able to visit a selection of the finest available yachts for the upcoming Mediterranean yacht charter season. The event offers brokers the opportunity to not only familiarise themselves with each yacht but also to meet each vessel’s crew and experience their world-class hospitality skills – providing invaluable knowledge and experience to draw upon when pairing charter yacht suggestions with guests’ requirements.

Although the host city is new, many favourite features are still on the agenda, including the highly popular Chef’s competition, which showcases incredibly diverse culinary talents. The interior teams also have the opportunity to demonstrate their creative flair in the table display contest; fittingly, the competition’s theme this year is ‘spring in Barcelona.’

With a distinctive black hull, the 56.01m M/Y ULYSSES is a popular charter vessel that is guaranteed to turn heads as she drops anchor in the ports of the Western Mediterranean this summer. Another Benetti yacht for charter, M/Y JAGUAR is the definition of sophistication and elegance. The 56.00m yacht was built in 2005 and underwent a full refit in 2015. Her interiors have been crafted with the utmost attention to detail. She can accommodate 12 guests in six generous staterooms, including a split-level master suite. She offers a large selection of water toys and a large Jacuzzi on the sun deck.

The perfect choice for intimate escapes with family and friends, the 49.17m M/Y NASSIMA was built in 2012 at Acico Yachts and can sleep 12 guests in six staterooms. Her generous outdoor spaces offer plenty of opportunity for al fresco dining, as charter guests cruise the dazzling coastlines of the French and Italian Rivieras.

For sailing yacht enthusiasts, S/Y ELLEN is a classic 40.41m Perini Navi yacht for charter. Built in 2001, she can accommodate eight guests in four well-appointed staterooms. Her 2016 refit was of the highest quality and the superyacht is a superb choice for summer yacht charters in the Western Mediterranean.
