A look forward to the Miami International Boat Show: the world's premier event for luxury yacht sales
The Miami International Boat Show will take place between 16th and 22nd February this year, kicking off 2012’s exciting and busy calendar for those interested in luxury yacht sales. The yacht show is also a key event for people keen to find out more about Mediterranean yacht charters for the coming summer.
The event – dubbed by many as the greatest boat show in the world – will span three locations in Miami, Florida: the Miami Beach Convention Center, Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center and Miamarina at Bayside. And moored at these first-class sites there will be more than 3,000 boats which will share the stands with more than 2,000 exhibitors from all over the globe. It is here, during the five day event, that you will be able to find out everything that you want to know about the luxury yachting industry, including everything that is new and exciting in the Mediterranean yacht charter arena.
The Miami International Boat Show is also the place to come to in February to make your first forays into the exciting world of luxury yacht sales. Here, you will find all the latest powerboats and sail boats for sale, as well as the latest cutting edge marine electronics and accessories. Unique to the Miami International Boat Show is the Discover Boating Resource Center, with clinics, seminars and on the water activities to help you get started in yachting. There will also be 'Jet Boat Experience' at the Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center where you will be able to discover the difference between propeller and jet drive propulsion. Those interested in luxury yacht sales will even be able to indulge in a 25 minute jet boat ride. In addition water skiing fans can sign up for a 30 minute ski boat adventure on the stunning Biscayne Bay, departing from the Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center from midday to 4pm every day.the Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center where you will be able to discover the difference between propeller and jet drive propulsion.
