Charter Assistant (Monaco)

General Tasks and Duties:

  • Assist the charter brokers in their general tasks to create new business and ensure a certain level of service towards our clients.
  • Assist the charter brokers to create presentations and itineraries.
  • Assist charter brokers in handling charters and enquiries
  • Assist charter brokers to deal with clients / Captains / Charter Managers/ Yacht agents/ Ports in English, French as appropriate.
  • Answer the phone, meet and greet clients and prospective clients when required.
  • Help arrange charter brokers travel plans and accommodation.
  • Work in close collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Work in close collaboration with the accounting.
  • Attend and represent Fraser Yachts at Yacht Shows and Open Days.
  • Working hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm Mondays to Fridays. Due to seasonality and trade shows the charter assistant will occasionally be required to stay later in the office and sometimes work on weekends.

Required skills, attributes and experience:

  • Experience in and knowledge of yachting is of great importance but not absolutely essential.
  • Calmness under pressure.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Office experience and languages are a great advantage.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.

Charter Marketing Agent (Palma)

Full time positions are available for charter brokers with Fraser Yachts in Palma.

Requirements:

  • Business is in English. Spanish, German and other languages are much appreciated.
  • Candidates should have yacht charter experience as brokers or managers.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Yachting Search engines and ability to learn and use proprietary company software programs.

Yacht Administrator (Monaco)

Job location: Monaco

A full time position is available for a yacht administrator with Fraser Yachts in Monaco.

Roles and Responsibilites:

  • The successful candidate will provide financial and accounting services to Owners and Captains. Services include budgeting, monthly accounts, payments and payroll.
  • In addition, he/she will liaise proactively with the Captain, Crew, Owner/Owner's rep and other Fraser Yachts departments as well as outside parties such as banks and insurance companies, to ensure the smooth operation of yachts at all times.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of yachting or shipping operations, a good head for figures and a desire to join a professional team.
  • The ability to comply with deadlines, work under pressure and provide accurate reporting is a crucial.
  • Fluent English written and spoken is essential. Other languages are a plus, particularly Russian.

Experience:

  • 2/3 years experience in a similar position is essential.
  • A background in yachting is preferred.

Additional Details:

  • A background in yachting is preferred.
  • Occasional overseas travel is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates living in the area.
  • The position reports to the Manager of Yacht Services in Monaco.
